The fundraising platform built for Salesforce.
Two-way sync for gifts, donors, and custom objects, so Salesforce stays your source of truth while donors get modern giving.
Two-way sync
Everything in sync, both ways.
Gifts, donors, campaigns, and custom objects sync in real time, in both directions.
- Standard and custom objects
- Real-time, both directions
- No re-keying between systems
NPSP-native
Maps to how you already work.
Givable maps to the NPSP data model you already use, so nothing has to be rebuilt.
- Works with NPSP out of the box
- Field-level mapping you control
- Keep Salesforce as source of truth
Salesforce (NPSP) questions
Is the Salesforce sync really two-way?
Yes. Gifts, donors, campaigns, and custom objects sync in both directions, so a change made in Salesforce reaches Givable and a change made in Givable reaches Salesforce. Many platforms push data one direction only and call it an integration.
Does it sync custom objects and custom fields?
Yes. The sync covers standard and custom objects, not just contacts and opportunities, so the objects your organization actually runs on stay in step. You control the field-level mapping.
Does it work with NPSP?
Yes. Givable maps to the Nonprofit Success Pack data model you already use, so you do not have to rebuild your Salesforce structure to adopt it.
Will syncing create duplicate records in Salesforce?
Matching attaches new activity to existing records rather than creating duplicates, so gifts from a returning donor land on the record you already have.
Do we need a developer to set it up?
No. Connecting Salesforce and configuring which records and fields sync is done in the Givable interface, with mapping you control.
Can Salesforce stay our system of record?
Yes. That is the point of a two-way sync: donors get modern giving surfaces in Givable while Salesforce remains your source of truth.
