Pricing
Clear pricing. No contracts.
A platform fee per gift, plus AI credits and messaging you only pay for when you use them. No setup fees, no sales call.
How Givable pricing works
A platform fee per gift
A single percentage on every online transaction: 3% on Standard, 2.5% on Enterprise. No setup fees, no per-donor charges, and no platform fee on offline gifts you record yourself.
Every feature included
Both plans come with the full fundraising toolkit: page and form builders, donor CRM, automation, and multi-currency. Nothing you raise with is locked to a higher tier.
AI credits, not token math
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits, API calls, and storage. Past it, you pay only for what you use, and admins can cap spend so a busy campaign month can’t surprise you.

Pricing FAQ
How does Givable pricing work?
Two parts, both published on this page. First, a platform fee on every online transaction: 3% on Standard, 2.5% on Enterprise, which adds $600/mo for a dedicated in-region database and SSO. Second, usage-based rates for AI, messaging, and storage beyond your plan’s monthly allowance. Offline gifts you record yourself carry no platform fee, there are no setup fees, and card processing is billed separately.
Do I have to talk to sales to see pricing?
No. Every price is right here on this page, in full, with no sales call required to see it. When you are ready, book a demo and we will walk through the platform, and the numbers, for your organization.
Does our rate go down as we grow?
The rate does. Larger organizations can move from 3% to the Enterprise rate of 2.5%, so raising more lowers your rate instead of raising it. Enterprise also adds $600/mo for a dedicated in-region database and SSO, which is why we recommend it once you’re processing more than about $2M a year, the point where the lower rate more than covers that fee.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
Standard is 3% with 1,000 AI credits, 1M API calls, and 10GB media storage a month. Enterprise drops the rate to 2.5% and adds $600/mo for a dedicated in-region database and SSO, with 2,000 credits, 2M API calls, and 20GB storage, recommended once you’re processing more than $2M a year. Both include unlimited supporters and users, and multi-currency.
What is an AI credit?
A credit is the single unit Givable uses to meter AI. Instead of counting tokens per model, every AI task draws from one pool: Standard includes 1,000 credits a month, Enterprise 2,000. A standard draft, like an appeal email built from a donor’s history, uses about 3 credits, so 1,000 credits is roughly 300 drafts a month.
How are AI credits calculated?
Credits track the actual work behind a task. Reading is the cheaper half: pulling in donor history, campaign notes, and CRM records. Writing costs more, because drafting a full appeal or a personalized sequence takes more synthesis. Switching a task to Deep Thinking for harder reasoning draws about three times the credits of a standard draft. Longer donor context and longer output both raise the credit count.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Extra credits are $10 per 1,000, billed at the end of the month, and you only pay for the ones you use. Nothing stops working mid-campaign. Admins can also set a monthly spend cap, so your team can’t go past the allowance you set without explicit approval.
How do payment processing fees work?
Payment processor fees are billed separately from the platform fee, on both plans. Donors can choose to cover both the platform and processing fees at checkout, which brings your net cost per gift down toward zero.
What counts as usage-based?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, API calls, and media storage. Beyond that, extra credits are $10 per 1,000, messaging and phone numbers bill at the rates above, and media storage is $0.10 per GB per month. Everything metered is billed at the end of the month.
